On March 30th, 31st and April 4th those players interested in participating will go to the World Congress Center and help to assemble and breakdown the Volleyball Courts for a major Amateur weekend tournament. The sponsoring organization will then make out a check for the work done. A large portion of the proceeds will go toward the Players' fees. They can earn up to $150 for two days!
Players will be bused on school buses to and from the Georgia World Congress Center on Tuesday, March 30, and Wednesday, March 31st, to set up the courts. Help is needed to transport them to and from the GWCC on Sunday, April 4th. Parent volunteers are requested to meet at THS at 1:00 pm to transport players. Volunteers are also needed to bring the players back at 8:00 pm.
This is a very big effort. Our success truly relies on the commitment of our players and parents. It’s hard work, but well worth the credit towards our player fees. Thanks, in advance, for your help.
