Olivia Hayes
An award was created last year to honor the memory of Olivia Hayes. Her life was tragically cut short before she could achieve her dream of being a Tucker High School Cheerleader...something her talent, spirit, and dedication most certainly would have allowed her to achieve.
THE RISING STAR AWARD  recognizes the JV Cheerleader who is deemed to have the most potential at the next level.

CHRIS SANDERS COMMITS TO GEORGIA 1/30/2010 College recruiting ajc.com
Georgia did get some good news Saturday. The Bulldogs received their first commitment for the 2011 class. Chris Sanders, a 6-foot, 173-pound athlete that plays safety and wide receiver at Tucker High, committed while participating in Georgia’s annual Junior Day camp.
“It feels good,” Sanders said of being the first in UGA’s 2011 class. “I just thought it would be good for my family and it’s my hometown. I also think about Asher [Allen] and Thomas [Brown] came from the same high and played at UGA.. So its an honor and I thank God for it.” | |

Did you know that.... NO PLAN HAS BEEN DEVELOPED BY THE COUNTY to accommodate our football team during the next phase of construction at Tucker High School?
In case you have not heard, there won’t be a practice field on the Tucker High School property! Furthermore, there will be ONLY ONE POD to accommodate football equipment and the players’ equipment. We are also losing our laundry facilities, as well. In addition, Phase II construction will even impact Spring Football, summer workouts, and fall practices.
